You really should get a full body skin check up from a dermatologist if you've never had one. This gives you a base case. If you're fair skinned you should go every year. I can recomend two good derms in NYC (in alphabetical order.)
Please let me know if you have a recommendation for a derm (any location) or a tip/trick to prevent skin cancer (or sun damage & age spots in general.)
